We’re Manu and Nick - two friends from Argentina with a passion for creating exceptional barbeques. From perfectly grilled meats to flavour-packed sides, we know how to turn every BBQ into an experience your guests will remember.
Since arriving in Australia in 2018, we’ve been combining authentic Argentinian techniques with the finest Australian ingredients to deliver smoky, delicious BBQs every time.
Our name comes from our famous homemade sauce chimichurri - a favourite at every BBQ we’ve hosted. “Chimichurri” is fun, memorable, and perfectly captures what we’re all about: incredible BBQ, bold flavours, and good times around the grill.

Operations & Experience Manager
Manu keeps everything running smoothly, from sourcing the freshest Australian ingredients to managing events and making sure every guest has a memorable experience. He’s always there to help with anything you need for your event; whatever comes up, he’ll sort it out. Manu makes sure the BBQ isn’t just great food, but a full flavour-packed experience. His favourite plan? Catch some waves and then enjoy a BBQ with friends.

Nick Berdini
Head Grill Master
The master of the flames, Nick brings precision, skill, and passion to every BBQ. From selecting the perfect cuts to achieving that smoky, juicy flavour, he ensures every BBQ is cooked to perfection. Always full of energy and wearing a smile, Nick has been grilling for friends and family for years. What he enjoys most? A Sunday BBQ with mates, sharing great food and even better company.
